Real Educators. Real Results.

A Vision That’s Redefining Respiratory Care.

OneVisionRC wasn’t born in a boardroom, it was born in the classroom.

Joe Lewis and Tonya Myers-Piehl have seen firsthand how students are disengaging from outdated, lecture-heavy content. So they did something radical: they started teaching the way students actually learn. What began as a few video lessons turned into a nationwide curriculum revolution.

Meet Tonya Myers-Piehl

Tonya’s impact runs deep. As a former program director, she led students to NBRC pass rates over 150% of the national average—results that speak for themselves. With a heart for mentorship and a mind for innovation, she now helps faculty reduce burnout and lead with confidence using modern tools.

Meet Joe Lewis

Known by thousands of students across the country through his popular YouTube channel, Joe’s ability to simplify complex topics is unmatched. With over 4.7 million views, keynote appearances at top conferences, and national educator recognition, Joe brings both passion and precision to the OneVisionRC experience.

Together, they’re more than educators—they’re visionaries. And they’re not here to play by old rules.

WHY ARE WE HERE?

Respiratory care is a demanding profession. Preparing students for it shouldn’t be. OneVisionRC empowers programs to deliver curriculum that works for everyone involved.

  • Students deserve to learn in a way that actually sticks.

  • Faculty deserve tools that support (not stress) their teaching.

  • The future of respiratory care depends on stronger foundations, not just better test prep.

A Mission Rooted in Real Classroom Challenges

Joe Lewis and Tonya Myers-Piehl didn’t set out to start a company.
They set out to solve a problem.

After years of watching students disengage from outdated teaching methods and faculty struggle to keep up with growing demands, they knew something had to change. As seasoned educators, both had already begun experimenting with video-based instruction—finding that students responded with more clarity, more confidence, and better outcomes.

What started as a personal solution soon became a movement—one built to modernize respiratory care education from the ground up.

And something clicked.

Students weren’t just watching the videos—they were learning. Retention improved. Confidence soared. And the traditional lecture-first model? It suddenly felt outdated.

So Joe and Tonya did what disruptors do: they re-imagined the entire experience. OneVisionRC was born not as a side project—but as a full-blown response to a broken system. A system that left faculty overwhelmed and students under prepared.

What Makes Us Different

"I am incredibly grateful for the transformative experience provided by OneVisionRC’s 2-Day Capstone Summit. As a Program Director with less than two years of experience in my current role, I can confidently say that this program significantly boosted the confidence and preparedness of our students ahead of the NBRC TMC Board Exam.

The comprehensive and well-structured provider resources were truly exceptional, offering invaluable insights and practice that made complex concepts much more accessible. These resources not only benefited the students but also empowered us as educators to deliver more effective and confident instruction.

Most importantly, the morale boost among the faculty was palpable. The supportive environment fostered by OneVisionRC, filled with encouragement and expert guidance, made us feel more confident in our teaching abilities and more motivated to help our students succeed. The sense of community and shared purpose was inspiring and has left a lasting positive impact on our team.

Thank you, OneVisionRC, for your dedication, support, and for equipping us with the tools and confidence we need to excel. Your commitment to excellence truly shines through in this summit, and I highly recommend it to any educator preparing students for the TMC and CSE Board Exam!"
